we've officially survived one week in poly. (:

i saw debbie and vanessa! i can't believe debbie still remembers her nickname for me. what was hers?? what purple keychain was it?? gahhs. they are in my SW class. whoopees!
i've concluded that there are plenty of ij girls in NP. greattt! (:
i still don't know anyone in my CATS class though, except for the girl next to me.
can't stand it. why on earth is the class so quiet? its like nobody's talking besides the lecturer and wee ting's friend, gerald(?). didn't really dare to talk and make friends. gahs.
i shall seat myself in a better place next time.
i'm hungry. i've only eaten doughnuts the entire day.
did i mention i've gotten new specs?

poly has started!
that stupid lucky meows didn't have any lectures today.
spared from attending school today.
PIG.
oh wells. school wasn't that bad today. only had to go there for two hours of business stats. the nice lecturer even let us off early. :D
but. oh crap. business stats is mind boggling. @.@
oh wells. meows! tmr we must sign the nerds' motto okay? remember to print yours out!
hehe.
and and. we must go running first.
so the agenda for tmr will be:
1. wake up
2. go to school
3. attend lectures
4. school ends
5. go running
6. head home to bathe and eat
7. go someone's house to mug.
8. go home sleep.
yupps.
we have to stick to this plan!
i must learn from my past mistakes.

This week was hectic and tiring. However it was enjoyable too!
The reason: bAoc 2006
bAoc 2006, it refers to: School of Business & Accountancy Orientation Convention 2006.
Orientation last for four days! The theme was CHARNIVAL X'TRAVAGANZA.
Day one: boring!
Hahaha...I guess it was due to the fact that they were introducing us to our course and informing us of the rules and regulations in this school. Life in poly is similar as life in JC. We go for tutorials and lectures. In secondary school/ junior collages, we have form teachers/ home tutors. Same goes for poly, instead they are called advisors. Since technology is so advance, all our assignments, lectures notes, test/exams dates blah blah blah…will be posted online. So we have go to our NP account regularly to check out for the latest news. Truthful I am not used to this system! In the past, our teachers will inform and pass us one set of notes and then all we need to do is just go to the photocopying shop to make a copy. Now, the teachers won’t inform us, and it is our responsibility to go online to check it out. Well I guess since we are old enough we need to be more responsible and more independent! Oh. They are very strict about punctuality too… for example if we are late for 15 mins we will be marked as absence. For edith course, they will be marked as absence and they need to pay a fine [can't remember how much]. Dress code is another thing. For the school of bA, students are required to wear long pants/ skirt which is not too short, a shirt that don’t show too much flesh and covered shoes. The last thing I remember from that talk was that if our attendance is not more then 80% we can't sit for exams…. Edith if you can remember anything else, you can add on...
I must say, day one in NP wasn't as bad as day on in cj! Hahaha...first of all, we all just click! We were talking to each other as if we have known each other before. Unlike in cj, which I still remember, we were are stoning and you can see each other discomfort! Surprisingly we only played one ice breaker game, to help us remember each other names...(:
Day two: SPORTS DAY! Fun fun fun...
Well it was not really sports day, it was just going to different stations to complete it as a group. There were a total of seven stations (I think, I am currently suffering from short term memory)
The first station: we were given a blank piece of paper, we need to draw something that represent our house,which was BOMBASTIC MOMBASA.
Second station: a two hours talk on CCAs. It took one hour to get everything to settle. While waiting we were exchanging lame jokes. Some of them are seriously damn lame and funny, I couldn't stop laughing! ((: The CCA talk was okay, a little boring. I wasn't paying much attention thou caused I was starving
