did flag day for the singapore down syndrome association today. we did take a longer time to finish all the stickers today because of a few people. *stares at celine and jiang*

and there were these annoying people who were there. okayy. i admit that they were there before us but. do you know how rude they were? can you imagine someone sticking the collection tin right under your nose, say a word-donate and expect people to donate to them? like HELLO?! but there were a few stupid people who did exactly that. haiz. i know that you all are like kind hearted but everybody deserves to be asked politely whether they want to donate. rahhs

okay. so they disappeared for a while. probably because people would rather donate to more polite people like us. -ahem. lols. but we are polite!

jiang's speech: "Excuse me sir/mam, would you like to make a donation? Thank you! Have a nice day!"

isn't that SO much more polite than,

stupid guys: "Donate!"

i rest my case.

hmms. i don't mind doing flag day for this association again. the collection point is so high class! it was at Pan Pacific Hotel! and there was free tea and coffee and all. the people there were real nice too, unlike some other associations. like hello? we are like helping you people to collect donations and you treat us like dirt. ohh. i hope i'll remember to delete the [uncle]'s number from my phone.

we took a maxi cab to toa payoh!!
